Privacy Policy

This site, bowneforsuccess.com, is operated by Downtown Bowne LLC, a Florida company based in Tampa Bay ("we," "us"). This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.

What we collect

• What you send us. When you use the contact form: your name, email, the topic you choose, your answers to the follow-up questions, and, if you provide them, your phone number and message.
• Scheduling. If you book a call, Calendly collects your name, email and booking details under its own privacy policy.
• Basic technical data. Our hosting provider records standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) for security and reliability.

We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking. If we measure traffic, we use privacy-focused analytics that do not set tracking cookies or build profiles of individual visitors.

How we use it

To reply to your inquiry, route it to the right venture, schedule calls, keep a record of our correspondence, and protect the site against spam and abuse. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising.

Text messages

We text you only if you check the optional box on the contact form agreeing to it, and only about your inquiry. Consent is never a condition of doing business with us. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.

Who we share it with

Only with service providers that help us run this site and respond to you: web hosting and database, email delivery, scheduling (Calendly) and spam protection (Cloudflare Turnstile). They may use your information only to provide those services. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Inquiries are kept for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless you ask us to delete them sooner or we need them for a business relationship or legal obligation.

Security

The site is served only over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Form submissions are stored in an access-controlled database, and only Ryan Bowne has access to inquiries. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect what you send us.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information you sent us by emailing ryan@modernweb-studio.com. We will respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under your state's privacy law, and we will honor them.

Do Not Track

Because we do not track visitors across other websites, the site does not change its behavior in response to browser Do Not Track signals.

Children

This site is meant for adults conducting business. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Other websites

Each venture has its own website and policies, and links to YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, Shopify and Calendly are governed by those companies' policies, not this one.
